This is a one year structured training program involving class room. on-the-job learning and
coaching by subject matter experts with an objective of developing necessary knowledge and skills
to pursue a career in banking small medium enterprise relationship. A successful trainee wilt be
ready to perform the rote of business partners in banking transaction and financial solutions for our
Business Banking or Medium sized Business segments as Relationship Manager.
Syarat Pekerjaan

1. Max age 27
2. Minimum S 1 preferably from reputable university with Engineering / Economic /
3. Management major
4. Min GPA 3.00 of 4.00
5. Interested in sales role. preferably with a passion to help customers grow business
6. Strong business acumen. analytical, and problem solving ability
7. Enjoy networking
