Syarat Pekerjaan

1. Minimum 2+ years in Production Management experience
2. Advanced degree (S1 ) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering) or Operations / related field or equivalent experience
3. Good communication skills both written and verbal
4. Collaborative approach to problem solving
5. Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders.
6. Experienced in change management
7. Good analytical skills
8. Self motivated, results oriented with focus on continuous improvement
9. Billingual (English with other appropriate for the cluster/country)
10. Preferred Qualifications
11. Prior experience and knowledge in Manufacturing and Engineering : quality management systems, operations excellence, process improvement, six sigma'Lean manufacturing, TQM.
