2 Store Manager (Pematang Siantar )

Kualifikasi :

1. Age maximum 37 years old.
2. Minimum graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree is a must.
3. Minimum 5 years of working experience as Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
4. Good leadership abilities, people management skills, mentoring & coaching
5. Excellent communication skill
6. Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed
7. Committed to excellent customer service
8. In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety
9. Understand specific training modules (i.e. PULSE, SAP, Restaurant Operations)
10. Have a creative strategy on fulfilling the store's sales target
11. Preferably Candidate who already got vaccinated for Covid-19
12. Willing to be placed at Pematangsiantar
