Machine Operator Refinery

Kualifikasi :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Engineering.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have good knowledge about process production.
Good analytical, independent person.
Able working shift.
Work placed on KIM 2 Mabar.

JOB DECRIPTIONS

Conduct Change over Shift properly with previous duty operator.
Proceed operating of refinery Plant for start up / normal operation / shut down as approved procedure.
Monitor field production parameters and record the data into a log sheet in hourly basis.
Monitor SCADA parameters and record the data into a log sheet in hourly basis.
Record utility meter reading such as Steam , Electricity , Diesel Oil in log book in hourly basis.
Conduct regular filter bags and PLF replacement as procedure.
Make sure the adequate materials for Hydrogen gas Plant & Hydrogenation Plant such as : KOH, Nickel Catalyst and Filter Aid
Responsible to working area cleanliness and safety.
Make sure the effective operational and maintain of the effective food safety management system ISO 9001 : 22000, 14001, SMK3, Halal, SNI, RSPO & HACCP
